Debbie
Senior Stylist
Debbie is the founder of Studio 14 The Collaboration, she has over 35 years experience within the hair and beauty industry.
Starting as an apprentice for 3 years then building her own business, she has worked for salons during this time to keep up with trends, Including Mario Edmund & Saks Maidstone.
She recently owned Enhance Hair Styling and Laufin Beauty . Debbie and her husband Chris owned the business for 17 years.
She is now at studio 14 along with Anne, Jenni and Macey.
She loves to meet with clients and deliver some laughter along the way, her passion is colouring cutting and bridal hair.
We aim to make our clients feel special and pride ourselves in teamwork and helping clients feel confident.
Debbie loves the outdoors, walking, kayaking, swimming, fishing & boat trips. She also loves word puzzles and is the vocalist of the local band “Half a Pint of Acetone" where we put on gigs to raise money for cancer research.

Anne
Senior Stylist
Anne has been in the industry over 35 years and has a wealth of knowledge within her chosen career
She listens and you will find her talking to herself now and again as she has a fab memory and quickly lets out snippets of info throughout the day ! ( we do often wonder if she’d like an answer to that or whether she is indeed talking to herself )
We value her experience and friendly nature
She is creative and very committed to giving clients what they need and bringing a smile to their day
Her passions are her dog family, her human family, walking and enjoying outdoor life.
"I like to help by making people feel better about themselves, we have a wide variety of clients who all need a different approach regarding their consultations and how we work with them. I try to fit into their box so they can feel comfortable knowing I have their best interests at heart."

Senior Stylist
I love to travel and make memories with family and friends.
I love to cuddle my doggies.
I am very passionate about anything within the hair industry and love to make my clients happy.
Meeting new people is great. I love hearing all about them and get so interested in their stories they tell ‘

Macey
Junior Apprentice
I love baking and decorating cakes, socialising and family time.
I enjoy fashion and being creative, I like learning new skills and meeting new people.
I like being able to transform people’s hair and make them feel good, and I like being part of a team and helping when I can.
Chris
Business Partner
Chris started off in the motor trade, working his way up to management. Chris then went on to be a music teacher and is currently one of the directors at Headcorn Gifts and Music.
Chris has supported Debbie throughout her career and has been maintenance guy at their last salon for 17 years.
Chris enjoys the creative side and loves being part of the team
‘I’m sure Chris will be needed to sort out plumbing from time to time but that’s what he likes to do! Chris also likes to help out and see what interesting styles the girls create.
Chris' hobbies include music, especially guitar, fishing, walking, travel, musical theatre, magic tricks, cinema,
seeing family and friends. Chris and I love our campervan and finding great scenery and peaceful times.
